ACCEPTANCE TEST · 3 MIN

Test AI against your actual work.

A convincing demo is not enough. Choose one task and an authorized sample; agree on the correct answer and which failures would make the tool unusable.

AN EXAMPLE TO TEST

Three responses to verify.

  1. 01Answer with evidence
  2. 02Missing information identified
  3. 03Access respected
Illustrative example to define a first test.
01

Known answer

Ask a question a person has already validated. Check the answer, date and supporting source.

02

Missing information

Ask something the files do not answer. The assistant should identify the gap and request review.

03

Conflicting versions

Use two different documents about the same topic. It should expose the difference and follow the agreed version rule.

A concrete starting sample

For an initial exercise, prepare 10 questions: 5 with known answers, 2 with missing information, 2 with conflicting versions and 1 about a source that user cannot access. This is a proposed test design, not certification or sufficient evidence for every risk.

What to record for each answer

Keep the question, expected answer, source, result, review time and available cost. Agree on acceptance thresholds before testing. An information leak should block expansion of the pilot.

Separate the operating commitments

Distinguish setup, connected sources, usage and support. Require a spending limit and a document owner. If AI will send, approve or change records, evaluate those actions separately with permissions and human confirmation.
